1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative:

  • Metropolitan France (home delivery): 2 to 4 business days
  • Metropolitan France (Mondial Relay pick-up point): 3 to 5 business days
  • European Union: 3 to 10 business days

These times may vary depending on the carrier and customs formalities.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated when confirming the order based on the destination country and the chosen delivery method.

  • 📦 Metropolitan France — Colissimo home delivery: €4.90 — Free delivery for purchases over €70.
  • 📍 Metropolitan France — Mondial Relay (pick-up point): €3.50 — Free delivery for purchases over €70.
  • 🇪🇺 European Union: €7.90 (no free delivery).

4. Order Tracking

When a tracking number is available, it is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

5. Delivery Delays

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to:

  • carriers;
  • weather conditions;
  • strikes;
  • customs formalities;
  • any other force majeure event.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (or the estimated delivery date), including photos if necessary.

We will review your request and propose a suitable solution (replacement or refund when justified).

7. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided when ordering.

In case of an incorrect address resulting in the return of the package, re-shipping costs may be charged.

8. Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside your country, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required by local authorities. These fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
