Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must be:

  • in its original condition, unworn and unused;
  • in its original packaging, undamaged;
  • accompanied by the order number.

Items that are damaged, incomplete, worn, or without original packaging cannot be refunded.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us by email at contact@ad-assist.info, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will confirm receipt and provide you with the return address.
  3. Ship the package at your expense to the indicated address within 14 days of notification.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

4. Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method used for the original order.

The refund includes the price of the product. Initial shipping costs are not refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Defective Product or Order Error

If you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • worn or used items;
  • items damaged by the customer;
  • items without original packaging;
  • customized or made-to-measure orders.

7. Legal Guarantees

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, all our products benefit from:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code);
  • the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
