General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between:

• AURALYS, sole proprietorship, SIRET 53018524800024, with its registered office at 210 route de Montégut Lauragais, 31540 ROUMENS (hereinafter "the Seller")
• Any individual making a purchase on the website auralys-bijoux.com (hereinafter "the Customer")

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 — Products

The jewelry offered is mainly made of stainless steel. Photographs and descriptions are presented with the utmost care. Slight differences in color or finish may exist depending on screens or production batches.

Products are offered while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the Customer will be informed and can choose between a refund or a replacement product.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation.

Article 4 — Order

The Customer places an order online via the auralys-bijoux.com website. The order is validated after:

• product selection and addition to cart;
• entry of delivery information;
• choice of delivery method;
• payment validation.

A confirmation email is sent upon order validation.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Accepted payment methods are indicated during checkout. Transactions are secured.

In case of payment default, the order will be cancelled.

Article 6 — Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery costs and times are as follows:

• France — Colissimo home delivery: €4.90 — free for purchases over €70 — 2 to 4 business days
• France — Mondial Relay (pickup point): €3.50 — free for purchases over €70 — 3 to 5 business days
• European Union — Colissimo International: €7.90 — 3 to 10 business days

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@ad-assist.info before the deadline expires.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the Customer's expense.

Article 8 — Returns and Refunds

After receipt and verification of the return, the refund will be made within 14 days via the payment method used during the order.

Damaged, incomplete, or worn products cannot be refunded.

Article 9 — Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 10 — Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Article 11 — Personal Data

Article 12 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
